Our Mission

To provide the Atid community with multimedia, electronic and bibliographic resources within a user-friendly research and learning oriented space.

Our Vision

Forming ethical individuals with an open, creative, divergent and reflexive way of thinking, who are willing to learn and able to integrate information and technology as digital citizens in a fully globalised world.

CLIC is an area designed to provide our school community with the necessary resources for project creation and development. It is intended to generate an inviting environment, where creativity and collaboration flourish and the process of learning becomes more natural and friendly.

Our Strengths

CLIC facilities come with both advantages and challenges. Our students will be able to explore new technologies to create and enhance their projects while working collaboratively with their peers locally and remotely. Students have the opportunity to combine physical and virtual resources during the process of project creation and development.

Parents and students will be able to access some of the online resources from any device by logging in to our website.
Policy, Guidelines and Rules.
  • CLIC is open for study and research purposes for current members of the school and alumni.
  • Respect for everyone is mandatory.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed on the premises.
  • Running and misbehaving are not permitted.
  • Noise, disturbance and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. This includes abusive or threatening conducts towards CLIC staff and other users.
  • Users should limit the number of parcels/bags they bring in as these make access to study spaces difficult.
  • Avoid damage to CLIC furniture, fixtures and equipment; arrangements should not be altered.
  • CLIC users should not attempt to reserve study spaces by leaving personal belongings on desks when not present. Belongings will be cleared to allow others to use the spaces.
  • Unattended belongings are left at the owner's risk. Users are strongly advised not to leave valuables even if they are away from the desk for only a short period of time.
  • Study space and group study room bookings have priority over casual use. A user, who has booked a study space or room, can request others to vacate it if they are using it at the reserved time.
  • Any damage or defacement of CLIC materials is strictly prohibited. Users found damaging material will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
  • Students, faculty and staff can borrow books and materials from CLIC.
  • Loans may normally be renewed if CLIC does not require the book for a different user. Special rules may apply for items in high-use categories.
  • A current school ID card is required when borrowing items.
  • CLIC materials on loan to one person may not be transferred to another.
  • The person whose name is on the loan, is solely responsible for the safekeeping and due return of the borrowed items.
  • All borrowed CLIC materials must be returned or renewed within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Items on loan extension may be recalled at any time if required for the use of another reader.
  • Failure to return recalled books on time will result in blockage of the user’s CLIC account.
  • Late return of borrowed materials may result in the suspension of CLIC privileges until the fine is paid.
  • If an item is lost or stolen, returned damaged, or not returned after a reasonable period of time, the user will be charged full cost of replacement. Any item replaced will remain the property of CLIC.
  • No book or other CLIC property may be taken from the building at any time without proper authorization.

Copyright law must be observed for all copying of CLIC and Archive material as well as for all copying carried out within CLIC, by reprographic or any other means.
